MMA Training

MMA workout at Team Alpha Male. Everybody is invited to join and participate (with and without disabilities).  We will go over various MMA exercises and workouts.

Details: Veterans who have not registered with Ranger Road MUST fill out an application and waiver before attending. Within the application, please be detailed in your responses. All information is kept confidential.

Cycling Workout (Bring own Bike)

Everybody is invited to join and participate (with and without disabilities). Must have your own bicycle.

Through our Wellness Program, man & women veterans participate in regular fitness activities, community service events and social gatherings to build the community and support system to stay active and live a healthy life.

Practicing mixed martial arts, mountain biking, other outdoor activities, and yoga; having a healthy mind and body is critical to happiness and overall success. Ranger Road’s programs empower veterans through their physical and emotional wellness to assist with the transition from military to civilian life.
